Recommendations- start with our intro series Pop Your Cherry. It is a 4 week series to help you build the foundations you need to get started. If this series does not work for you please let us know so we can help get you started.

Beginner Level:

You've taken our Pop Your Cherry series or you've taken a few intro level classes at another studio and you're
comfortable with pirouettes, basic spins and pole sits. For aerial oriented students you are working on your climbs, sits and spins and gaining grip strength. -
Recommendations- start with any of our classes labeled beginner or all levels but please read the class descriptions to make sure it's something you'll be comfortable with.

Beginner+ Level:
-
Comfortable with beginner choreography, able to lift both feet off the ground. Familiarity with various pirouettes, spins, sits, and grips. For aerial oriented students you are working on improving your climbing, learning upright aerial tricks, and starting to work on inverts.

Intermediate Level:

You have strong body awareness and you're comfortable with foundational movement and variations. You are comfortable with choreography or learning sequences. For aerial oriented students you have a solid climb, invert and comfort combining movement in sequences or choreography.

Recommendations- most classes for intermediate or lower level should be appropriate for you unless there is something listed in the class description as a prerequisite that you are not comfortable with. Classes marked as int/adv are modified for both levels.

Advanced Level:

​ You are proficient in foundational pole movement, you have excellent body awareness, strength, and stamina. For aerial oriented students, you have a strong invert and are able to piece together many aerial tricks.
