FAQ

What should I wear to class?
It's highly recommended that you wear layers to class to be extra prepared. It's a good idea to have pants or leggings and a shirt to cover your shoulders along with an outfit that shows some skin underneath (like a polewear set, bikini or sports bra and short shorts.) You need skin to grip the pole so please be mindful of that. It's also a good idea to bring knee pads to most classes (we sell knee pads if needed.) For twerk classes, no restrictive clothing. You gotta let the booty jiggle. For pole classes no street heels. Please wear stripper heels such as pleasers. For heels choreo off the pole please wear a dance heel/kitten heel 2-4 inch heel height. For chair and twerk classes wear whatever shoes you are comfortable in. We also highly recommend bringing a pair of socks! ALWAYS READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THE CLASS IN THE BOOKING APP TO DETERMINE WHAT TO WEAR!

What should I bring to class?
A yoga mat if you would like one for the warm up, knee pads, extra layers (see above) a bottle of water, and some grip aid for pole classes (we also sell grip aid if needed.)

How do I determine my level?
Here at Cherry Bomb Pole we do levels a little differently. While we understand levels are important for safety we also understand that some dancers have different goals. Just because you can do advanced tricks doesn't necessarily mean you're ready for an intermediate or advanced heels choreo class and vice versa. Low flow and aerial are two very different skill sets and we want to be accommodating to all. READ ABOUT LEVELS HERE.
